About The Bois Blanc Island Association

The Bois Blanc Island Association (BBIA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the island experience by fostering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for residents and visitors. We help bring our island community together by supporting events such as the Summer Square Dance and other social gatherings, publishing the Island Directory and Tatler newsletter, as well as providing volunteer and financial support for important initiatives such as sidewalk improvements, the BBI Fire Department, and more.
